Chief Meteorologist Keith Gibson has called the Black Hills area home since late October of 2005.   As a matter of fact, his first on-air broadcast at Black Hills FOX was on Halloween.   Before coming to KEVN-TV, he spent nearly 3 years at KFYR-TV in Bismarck, ND and nearly 1 year in Greenville, MS at WABG-TV.

Keith holds a BA in finance from Michigan State University and an MS in geoscience from Mississippi State University.  He has attained the Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM) seal from the American Meteorological Society.  In 2008, Keith received a regional Emmy award nomination for outstanding work as a weather broadcaster in the Upper Midwest Region.
