Thanks for viewing the videos of our Rising Star of the West scholarship contest semi-finalists. We’re featuring one each night Monday-Friday on Black Hills FOX News at 9:00. Watch the videos, and click in the box to rate each one on a 1-5 scale, with 5 being the highest. Rate them on both what they have to say and how they say it. Find out each week’s winner the following Monday on Black Hills FOX News. The four finalists will be back starting April 26th to compete for the $4,000 scholarship and the title of our Rising Star of the West. The total scholarship money available this year is $7,500 from KEVN Black Hills FOX and First Interstate Bank.
